Worst experience hairs on bed, foor was not cleaned no waste basket had to ask for it, caretaker was very dirty and coughing all the time, no arrangements for tea in the morning

The room are supposed to be sanatised in front of customer if not than also a good clean environment should be provided which was missing here
No service was provided. Neither a pvt room, nor a tv connection, no water or food, and checkout time was self proclaimed to b 10 o clok by the hotel authority. Worst stay ever. Unsatisfied with make my trip. No saftey at all. 1star rating

Firstly room was sanitized, we can't prepare each and every room in front of guests as we have a lot of bookings and if we keep preparing rooms in front of the guests entire day we will just be preparing rooms. We have provided all types of services which we have mentioned on make my trip. as soon as you checked in TV connection was restored. Water was also provided after covid we have stopped providing food we provide food only on pre ordering basis which is mentioned again on the site. We are a HOTEL and hence we are bind by check in and check out timings 10 am is check out timing which is also mentioned on make my trip site.
