The bed was extremely comfortable, and the linens felt fresh and luxurious. I especially appreciated the little details — ample charging points, a quiet air conditioner, blackout curtains, and a spacious work desk. The bathroom was modern and came with high-quality toiletries, fluffy towels, and consistent hot water. Housekeeping did a fantastic job every day. Room service was quick, and the food was delicious. The location is also excellent — close to Highway Overall, it was a peaceful and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure stays. the hotel condition was pathetic.. also the taste of restaurant food was hilarious. no item in breakfast except pav bhaji and poha and that was also not good. also the price of room was too high. very old infrastructure needs to be renovated. as they are charging too much money but not providing such facilities like other hotels do. not expected this type of hospitality after paying this amount.

This hotel is in Akurdi and at a prime location that has good connectivity. About the hotel, the stay is decent at the price point, well maintained and clean. I would come back for the restaurant food which is delicious. The hotel staff was good, they were responsive and ensured our requests were fulfilled. Overall I had a peaceful and comfortable stay. Recommended to try popcorn icecream

I recently stayed at Hotel Ratnalok and here’s my experience: Room & Cleanliness: The room was spacious and decent, but cleanliness could have been better. Some areas needed more attention, especially the bathroom.

Hotel is very nice with well maintained rooms. Food which is available with the hotel restaurant is very good and heigeine. Staff are very polite. Completely satisfied with the stay

The overall stay was good, The only point needed to mention is that, either the hotel management is not having full check on their cleaning staff or maybe the second level staff is not willing to return forgotten items back to customers. I have forgotten my One plus mobile charger. I called the same day in the afternoon but the reception was not shown any interest in helping and simply told me not, not found any the charger. I stay in various hotels in various places over India. but never got such a bad experience till date. Management should take strict action on this.
