Average stay... Property not well maintained.... WAshrooms were filthy and dirty. Place was not very clean

It was. My visit with my family friends, the staff was rude and so much unprofessional, the entire property was not maintained also i never get the property i book they give some other property, after complaining to the caretaker no actions were taken.

The property is good in a very silent zone. The staff was courteous. The cleanliness is also good, can be improvised. The breakfast choice is very limited.

We we welcomed by the caretaker who himself was a guest to the apartment. Saw him 3-4 times during out entire stay. Lawn was full of dirt n unkept bathrooms were not well maintained, one bathroom was not even cleaned after the previous occupant. Breakfast for 6 was actually breakfast for 3, with just 2 items. Rooms were okay, linen were okay too but beds were not made for the 2nd day. No toiletries in the bathrooms, just one tiny soap the response from the caretaker was very poor we tried contacting the owner from 2 days before we checked in until we checked out, he never responded.

Place was terrific and beautifully maintained. In mm t app check out time was showing as 12pm but the care taker asked us to check out at 11am.

Property had no power for nearly 10 hours, from about 3 pm to well past midnight, on 2nd day of our stay! the inverter stopped working after a couple of hours. Phone calls remained unanswered by caretaker and owner on multiple occasions! we had to bear with heat and humidity of pune weather in jun e and bring our own candles as property responsible did nothing of their own accord! we had to forcefully ask for a torch, which was finally provided. The water pressure was running low in the washrooms and we requested for buckets of water! can you imagine such primitive living ? dinner in darkness and were not able to sleep the whole night because the power again played truant and inverter was not functioning! horrible experience for all 4 in the family but especially for 2 senior citizens not in prime health! on top, the pr person comes in the morning and asks for check out at 11 am while the time given at the time of booking is for check out is 12 noon! i demand compensation while urging others to stay away from the property!

If you are in this property then you will be in center of Koregaon park, it’s a quiet place with personal garden in back yard which a best part of this property .Domestic help are really good people and can help you with almost anything everything you want to bring, next day morning they set up breakfast for you in your private garden.And yes whenever you want to go pub then ur inch closer to all that you know . I visited this place with friends , we were in couple and with one small kid (1yr ) and I must say our child also had great time in garden and inside bangalow , he went around anywhere as it’s v spacious and secured place. But just a bit costly.

Stay was very comfortable. The apartment has an adjoining lawn. Very peaceful neighborhood. Lots of cafes, restaurants, supermarkets around.
The entire apartment was well sanitized, clean and neat.

The place in terms of physical safety as well as sanitation standards is up to the mark. This a good bed and breakfast variety stay without any fuss. The place is clean, spacious, prime location and helpful staff. The caretaker is available at all times for assistance. It's a quiet &calm neighborhood with stores, chemists, restaurants, and everything important within walking distance. The best part is the terrace which is clean and big enough. The only problem is that of mosquitoes in the evening.

Overall the apartment was good

Apartment is spacious proper ventilation is there Biggest thing no tv, good dining area properly maintained. If food arrangements are there then it's good value addition though few numbers and menu are there but not contacted because of current pandemic. Relied on Swiggy and Zomato for same.

This place is at the heart of KP. Great restaurants and cafe's Around. The owner and staff are super friendly. Check-in is smooth. Its at an excellent price as well. Must stay!

Get more than what you have paid for. Location is great KP. Perfect for at least 2-3 travellers. Grab a 2bhk and it's all for you.
