Very bad stay experience Room given was in terrible condition — no towel, no toiletries, no tea kettle. Washroom was already used by someone else, even the bed, pillow, and milk sachet were used. Totally unhygienic and unacceptable experience. Not recommended at all.

Very nice hotel The service is also very good. Ritwik sir is very helpful. There are 2 malls nearby for shopping.

Room full of dust, bathroom dirty, some amenities missing, even the elevator was dirty.

stay was good but basic hygeine needs to be maintained. Bedsheets had stains and basic towels were not provided. No tea or coffee service available. But for a last minute stay it is cool.

Room was not maintained properly. Towels provided after 5-6 times calling with an excuse that there is scarcity of towels at hotel and the towal was dirty

I had a quite pleasant stay at this hotel. Property is clean and rooms are hygienic. Parveen mam, Ritwik and Hemant at reception are very kind and receptive to any guests requests. Hotel has great neighborhood with seasons and amanora mall next door.

Pathetic service and very bad attitude of hotel staff and manager. No kettle in room. TV remote was not working. When you complain about services, they rudely say check out and go away

I let my room to room service for cleaning, later when u came back, checked and found my clothes worth INR 10000 were missing, I reported the issue but nothing happened

WORST SITUATION FACED TILL NOW, DELAY IN CHECK IN, I HAD TO CALL FOR AROUND CONTINUOUSLY 1 HR FOR ROOM SERVICE , I VISITED THE RECEPTION MULTIPLE TIMES BUT THE ANSWER WAS THEY ARE HAVING DINNER , AND AFTER 1 HR THE SAME PERSON SITTING AT THE RECEPTION CAME AND GAVE US THE PLATES , AC REMOTE WAS NOT IN THE ROOM AFTER 2 HRS THEY PROVIDED THE AC REMOTE, THE ROOM WAS NOT HAVING FAN SO I HAD TO KEEP THE WINDOWS OPEN DUE TO SUFFOCATION
