They had cheated my money. I booked for night stay but they booked it few hours in day time only. And money is not refunded.

We would like to inform you that the booking made by you was for day use only ( check in 11am to 5 pm ) we are not wrong here. At the time of booking you supposed to book proper room type. About refund how we can refund you as we have kept room vacant for whole day. Request you to please select correct room type while booking.

Overall bad, my rate and hotel rates are different

Very bad, no cleanliness, location also on high way. Lot of traffic sound. Mosquitoes inside room. Bathroom not clean flush not working. Taps not working. Staff poor response, No food available at hotel, Also beds are not clean. Over bad.

Room is average, staff are averaged, location is near Highway itself, entrance of hotel- is not good.. Overall good hotel but receptionist has to be very good in order to get it maximum attention.
