Excellent Stay
Hotel location was very good, highway touching, food is very good, we can order from swiggy, zomato or anywhere we like, facilities like lift, bathtub, cleanliness was very good, sufficient parking space was available, We will love stay again and will recommend in our friends and family.

Average Stay
Property location is good but lacks very basic amenities like a decent parking space for vehicles , the rooms are new but need to have basic amenities like clothes hanger in the cupboard , soap dispenser near shower , bathroom is indeed very small . Breakfast food was cold with very limited option ( just given Poha , Idli sambhar , sheera and bread omlette

Average Experience vs Price & Reception person not customer supportive
The Personal siting at reception is Rude in nature & not customer friendly behaviour. Location is good in terms of connectivity Rooms quality is average not so good considering the price range.

Average Stay
I recently stayed at the Golden Arc Hotel in Pune, and unfortunately, my experience was quite average due to several issues. Firstly, the room was not properly cleaned before my arrival. There were hair strands on the bed and in various parts of the room, which immediately gave a poor first impression. Cleanliness should always be a top priority in any hotel. Secondly, the corridor had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, which made walking to the room uncomfortable. This is especially problematic for non-smokers or families with kids. Another concern was that there was no telephone inside the room. In case of an emergency or for even basic assistance, there was no way to contact the reception without physically going down, which is a serious inconvenience. Additionally, there was no kettle or coffee/tea setup in the room, which is a basic amenity expected even in budget hotels nowadays. Not having access to hot water in the room was disappointing. While the hotel may have potential with better attention to detail and service, these issues affected the overall experience. Hopefully, the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the basic standards. Overall Rating: 3/5 โ Average Stay

Terrible Stay
We visited Pune for 1 night. We checked in at 11.30pm and checked out at 10.30am. Even for a very short duration our experience was not at all good. The bed was extremely dirty. We went to 3 rooms and all of them had hair on their bed sheet. It seems they don't wash their bedding. Tables were also covered with dust. We had really bad experience. I will not recommend this hotel even for one night.

Poor Stay
the mattress where not clean,there were small insects on them. The water heater in bathroom was of small capacity. Staff is very helpful

๐๐๐๐๐ I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The check-in process was smooth and quick. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. Housekeeping maintained everything perfectly throughout. The bed was so cozy that I had some of the best sleep ever. What really stood out was the attention to detail and genuine care shown by the staff, making me feel valued as a guest. The location was also ideal, close to Metro station , it was easy to go anywhere ๐๐๐๐๐

Unable to sleep entire night. Bed sheet was damp and the room at the front gets continuous road noise.
