I have booked for with breakfast but they denied and other services are not good

I recently stayed at the this property had a great experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, and the overall value for money was excellent. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant stay.

The staff was very rude and the room was not properly cleaned

Nice staff friendly behaviour and good nature. One of the fastest service given by any hotel. Even rooms are also clean.

The property seems to be old and requires maintenance. The breakfast, was average and had a minimal menu. Hence the value for money comfort was missing for both stay and food.

Stay was good rooms were clean. Bathrooms were clean room service was good good maintain property, the owner, Mr ZAD is so humble with the guest.

Room are very bad it's very different as shown in the photos , toilet unhygienic, Ac was broken and not working properly, really very bad experience

hotel is prominently located in business area and highly useful for business traveller as from Hotel all location in Pune is easily accessed also the hotel room is good and clean also food is good but they have kept min choice for patrons which should improve I feel ..Rest all Good

The hotel owner's behaviour was not good. And he had a lot of attitude while talking. The room service was very bad and the room was not clean. And even after ordering, the order was brought from outside. There was no availability in the hotel. And the system itself was completely useless.

Stay was good and felt secure with the hospitality provided ,enjoyed the yummy breakfast and concern of calling and reminding of breakfast.

Very uncomfortable stay at The Grand tulip pune. Plz don't go with ur family. Manger n reception staff are very arrogant .......the are not human being at all.

the hotel room was decent, the staff service was not bad but it was not extraordinary either, it was just meh, very average, while the location was a bit inside and difficult to find. The only reason someone should book this property is the price.

Wifi not working, no clean bed sheets, television room not working missed the match. Breakfast was pathetic with limited choice of two courses, samba, chutney..

Comfortable stay. Amiable and diligent staff. Quite Near to Swargate bus stand make it a good choice.

very poor property, very old property, no value of money for comfort. ACs not working properly, Fan has only off or 5 speed. poor breakfast and limited options. multiple ppl asked for room change while check-in

The property is nicely located near by swargate bus depo. Cleanliness is good Staff is good. They don't have restaurant but you can order food from outside. Need to improve on interior of rooms.However rooms are good to stay for families also. Overall nice stay.

Nice n comfortable stay. Rooms are clean n cozy... Staffs are cooperative... Location was very good. Wish more n more people should prefer in coming days...
