We had the worst experience ever....we waited half an hour to check in then one hour to get my executive room while they shifted me to a normal room. Hope this will not happen next time.🙏

Average hospitality with mediocre attitude
Hi, I’m Dr Fernandes i had my stay in Regenta Central Exotica Pimpri-Chinchwad from 12-15 th June for my conference. My bookings were done by my fiancé Mr. Elton Diaz. I rate my stay average, because the experience was as such. It didn’t feel value for money. Housekeeping staff had no pillow covers they didn’t want to swob the floor. On the day of check-in I has to call the reception n ask them to clean the washroom because the commode chair was disgustingly dirty. Their kettle was unclean, the water turned yellow it wasn’t kept clean for use. Towels didn’t smell clean and fresh. The receptionist kept bugging me with my checkout timings. Overall , average stay no value for money. I paid a whopping amount

A comfortable stay
Although only an overnight stay, it was comfortable & well connected due to very good internet connectivity. The property is also very close to the main expressway, hence very convenient. Food was good but a bit more of non veg items in the breakfast would certainly help

Good Stay
Regenta Central Grand is located centrally as per its name. Hotel and the staff are very well behaved and prompt. Food too is tasty and food is charged fairly too. Hotel is very clean the only problem is it needs renovation. Initially the room which was given to us was in avery bad shape like rusty marks were alll around the room. They change it immediately as we informed them. All in all its value for money 💰 but it would be more so if they take up the renovation thing up.

Perfect option for family stay
familyI reached hotel very late in the night. Still the reception i received was very warming. My room was ready and i didn’t have to wait to finish my check-in. I had called the reception help desk en route and told them to prepare some dinner for me. When i reached my room, it was served hot and appeared to be freshly prepared. The hospitality was top class. Full marks for cleanliness and refreshing atmosphere.
