Incooperative staff, cleaniness is zero

Room is very poor & also room is very unhygienic.

my pune trip they have not done anything forwhat they have collected money

No complimentary water, room was so small, no remote for ac, no balcony, address given by make my trip was wrong, location was wrong,

Horrible and poor rooms, pathetic service, dirty washroom. Water leakage no hot water facility. No shops 3 rods class hotel

Pathetic hygiene as found too many cockroach in the apartment and the apartment wa dirty

Poor facilities, cockroaches everywhere. Non hygienic. At at all worth spending even 100 ra for the room booking. Non cooperative staff.

Very poor services not hot water for bath

Location of the property is very good. However the hygiene, and cleanliness is below average. Staffs are not properly trained and it seems they are daily wages workers put into the job. There is no in house facility for any food or beverage. In my opinion it’ falls under “don’t choose” category.

Small, very poor. Due to Corona virus top guys running the place were helpful.

Nice and helping nature. As I checking time was 11 am but I had done checking at 9 am, because I was early to my work.

Even after doing online booking, I was made to wait for 20 minutes (as room was not ready and I reached at 8:30 pm). First he gave me a bad room in basement, without network in the room, when I asked to change the room, he asked to me wait another 20 minutes. I went out for dinner and this guy calls me after 30 minutes and says I don't have any booking at 9:40 pm. What am I supposed to do? After coordinating with MMT executive, she managed to do some adjustments and I was given room in same hotel (2 hours wasted after travel) and this time also he gave me a bad room.

The stay was good. The service was really quick.
