I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at OYO Hotel Star Inn near Pune Airport, from 20-08-2023 to 22-08-2023. I am disappointed to report that my experience was far from satisfactory and did not meet the standards that I expected from your establishment. Firstly, I want to address the issue of the unexpected additional charge during check-in. I had already paid, and I was taken aback when I was asked to pay an extra 1000 rupees upon arrival. This additional charge was not communicated to me prior to my arrival and caught me off guard. Furthermore, the state of the room I was provided was far from acceptable. The room was not clean, and the bed sheet was visibly dirty upon my arrival. Basic amenities like a functional TV and Wi-Fi, which are commonly expected in modern hotels, were not available during my stay. In addition to the above issues, the behavior of the hotel staff was discourteous and unprofessional. The demand for an extra payment upon check-in was made in an aggressive manner, leaving me with no option but to comply in order to be allowed to stay. I believe that these issues are inexcusable and have greatly tarnished my experience at your hotel. I had chosen your establishment based on the expectation of a comfortable and pleasant stay. Unfortunately, my experience was quite the opposite.
