The hotel is adequate, neither particularly bad nor exceptionally good. It could be considered a suitable option if better accommodations are unavailable.

Very poor experience at hotel. Starting from entrance There is no Watchman , no dedicated parking for car. Staff shows apathy towards visitors. There was cockroach in room. Room appearance was old. TV was not working. AC had no control. Overall I will not recommend it next time.

The TV was not working. There was no hot water. When I asked, I was informed the TV would start the next morning and the hot water would be available from 4 am in the morning. The photos of the hotel room do not match with the actuals.

Worst Hotel to checkin ,Illiterate people working there poor service and behaviour as well ,btw not allowed for unmarried couples

The stay was comfortable, food was excellent. Staff was very responsive.

Third class hotel and services are so terrible. No facilities are available and too costly food. No water bottle is provided as room provided.

The stay was pleasant. The staff at the reception and the ones assigned for room service are polite and well behaved. The room was decent, though some of the furniture ( the bed specifically) looked worn out with the wooden chip broken out visibly. The washroom was decent and clean with basic facilities. However on the day I checked out, the geyser stopped working and the washroom lights went off leading to some discomfort. On being called, the staff was cooperative... The facilities are decent considering the rates . I had a slightly bitter experience with the restaurant attached to the hotel. I was charged extra ( some money was inappropriately added beyond the GST to the total amount) and had to argue with the waiters to ensure that the appropriate bill could be produced...they obliged ultimately.

It was a good stay, nice staff, cleanliness is also good, toilets can be better. over all it was a good stay

Location is good. Food quality is great and the staff is very polite. All the amenities are in good condition. Overall had a nice experience.

Had to change 4 rooms from 3rd floor to 2nd floor with luggage before settling. Location excellent Food good Service okay.

Room was not kept neat and smelt very foul. Outdated air condition only kept for air filtration. Parking issue for Suv cars and main issue hygeine not kept as per standards. Not worth the price we paid for and will never recommend anyone ever

The breakfast was not good

I kept the bag and asked for late checkin. They made sure my room is ready and luggege ia kept. Good customer servicea and they know how to talk with customers helpful

It was the hotel where kately was not available and there were many restriction. Staff was not cooperative and the hotel is old class. Ambience of the hotel was not the good at it could be.

Facilities as per the budget. Decent staff prime location convenient but should improve the infra

- used cool drink bottles served for water. both in restaurant and in rooms. - ⁠only ro water. packed mineral water was not even an option - ⁠paints were peeling off - ⁠ - ⁠very filthy and unclean - ⁠kettle was not available. no option for hot water to drink - ⁠geyser does not work post noon - ⁠although i booked for junior suite they provided, single suite because makemytrip takes 25% commission - ⁠although the cleaner and better junior suite was free and available, refused to provide that for me because of their preferences for direct booking - ⁠breakfast served was bad. both in options and in quality. no images i took as i was very frustrated both the days

Hotel is very strategically located in central pune. All conveniences are just 5 mnts away. Food is excellent with quick & reliable service. It's a very old hotel & the room maintenance is far from satisfactory. The taps were leaking in the bathroom, there were water leakage marks on ceiling, ac main switch was broken. Of course, they got most of the drawbacks sorted out but created a negative impression. I have stayed there many times for its convenient location & good food but hotel needs to upgrade it's property maintenance to sustain the competition. Overall, it's a good place for a short stay.

Restaurant service and food is good but hotel staff is very careless person. Tv is not start and goodnight liquid finish also i am talking to reception person but not action

It's not a hotel for me, it's actually a lodge. The bed sheets were dirty and bathroom was not clean. The only clean part of the hotel was their reception area. It's not worth 2400 per night.
