too good to be true nice experience

Nice rooms and a good experience

The property is really good with nice breakfast. However it very unhygienic . The bedsheets and pillow were stinking, as if they were not washed , the bed cover was stinking of sweat too. It disrupts your sleep and I would never go to this place again

I stayed at Hamlet by Union Apartments for three days. Honestly, the rooms are excellent — clean, well-maintained, and cosy. The area is peaceful, a bit away from Baner Road, which actually works well if you’re looking for solitude or are here on a work trip. But the check-in experience was not pleasant. The moment you check in, they bombard you with an 800-word WhatsApp message full of rules — way too many. Feels like you’re entering a hostel or jail, not a service apartment. Biggest issue: the receptionist. The guy at the front desk clearly doesn’t understand the basics of hospitality. He comes off arrogant and rude. For example, when I asked, “Which floor is the gym on?” — instead of answering politely, he snapped back saying, “You don’t have access.” I wasn’t even asking for access! Just a basic question. To the owner: if you’re reading this, please brief him on how to talk to customers. The property is great, but just because of that one interaction, I won’t be returning.

No one is there to give response. We had booked for 5 members. no extra bed given.

I just search on make my trip...Then I show this property and the amenities of the property is really good and there is restriction in this property...One thing I want to share that the property ambience is really good and the behaviour of staff is also really good plz visit this property

horrible experience with front office when we had requested for early check-in and arrogant rude behaviour by sanket. average breakfast and airconditioner not working and balcony window would not lock.

Towels were dirty. I didn't ask my room to be cleaned whereas they entered and attempted to clean but only swept the floor and did NOT mop, change Towels, make the bed empty trash, clean the bathroom etc. Then they took picture to prove that they cleaned to show their bosses. And they were so rude about it.

Stayed there for 3 days. Everything was smooth, from check-in experience to getting settled. Room lock code, individual WiFi dedicated to only our room and its credentials, room service details and how-to's, all sent in one single easy-to-refer WA message. And absolutely no need for unnecessary interactions thereafter. Multiple room service orders, done. Late night orders, done. Accidental spills at an odd hour, done. Pantry per floor with un-rationed tea bags and coffee pouches, done - you know how penny-pinching hotels count/cap the number of teas you can have in a day - not an issue here! Car parking took a little figuring out, and it wasn't perfect all the time, but I was never left to fend for myself - something or the other was always worked out. Absolutely fantastic stay. Clean, simple, comfortable, nothing fancy and nothing complicated either.

The overall stay was nice and pleasant.. the rooms were clean and maintained.. AC was working but not as per temperature it should. However, since the weather was good and it has hill side view , everything was compensated.. i would love to visit again
