The linen, although washed, was stained and mismatched. I reached for breakfast at 8.10am and the potato masala toast was already cold. Breakfast service starts at 8am so I expected it to be at least warm enough for comfortable consumption. I do appreciate the quickness of the checkin process with Sanket though and the polite behavior.

The property is not well maintained. The flush was broken, washroom lock was broken. The manager was unresponsive. The food there is terrible. We requested for early check-in, The manager did not receive calls and we had to wait in the lobby for 4 hours. The property does not have power back up and there is water issue. On both evenings that we stayed, there was no water and we had to go search the manager to tell him to turn on the motor

The property manager was quite helpful in resolving some technical issues associated with the room although I would have appreciated a quicker response. The food was okay and a bit on the pricey side. A funny incident occurred when the food service provider asked me to pay the full amount for an item that they failed to deliver and asked to compensate the delta in some other order. Also for some reason I encountered multiple orders OTPs on my mobile when I didn't even order anything - either a technical issue or someone having fun with my mobile number which I guess is available in the previous order details. It's stated that room cleaning occurs daily but they must have forgotten to do it a couple of times. The view was great but I really hoped I could've enjoyed it with some youtube on the android tv present in the room only if it wasn't laggy. The breakfast was not complimentary on the mmt website but it was in reality, it could have helped if the property manager could've told it when I asked him about it but I guess people do forget a thing or two. The vending machine was great and could predict the future by stating which items would be out of stock soon although they were clearly visible inside. All in all it was good, only wished they wouldn't advertise gym facilities because I mean if there's no one to carry 20kg luggage to the room then what more exercise could I ask for.

The room was big enough for 2 people, and was nice. I wouldn’t say it was worth 3000 a night. The service was fine, included breakfast has no options only 1 item other than cornflakes. I had to request a room change because of a broken toilet seat. The cups and glasses provided were dusty. This would be my 3rd or 4th option for a stay.

My stay at Hotel Union Hamlet was absolutely wonderful! The property is beautifully maintained and offers a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. The location is excellent, making it easy to reach nearby attractions while still providing a peaceful, relaxing environment. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, with every facility you could ask for. Absolutely worst experience no door lock no towels the water bottle given was broken no proper sheet and pillow changes the manager said i am in movie can’t deal with you i have been here at price of 1500 also and at a price of 3k also. This is absolutely disgusting behaviour at this point this used to be good stay place now it is just another bad hotel!

The property is really good with nice breakfast. However it very unhygienic . The bedsheets and pillow were stinking, as if they were not washed , the bed cover was stinking of sweat too. It disrupts your sleep and I would never go to this place again

I stayed at Hamlet by Union Apartments for three days. Honestly, the rooms are excellent — clean, well-maintained, and cosy. The area is peaceful, a bit away from Baner Road, which actually works well if you’re looking for solitude or are here on a work trip. But the check-in experience was not pleasant. The moment you check in, they bombard you with an 800-word WhatsApp message full of rules — way too many. Feels like you’re entering a hostel or jail, not a service apartment. Biggest issue: the receptionist. The guy at the front desk clearly doesn’t understand the basics of hospitality. He comes off arrogant and rude. For example, when I asked, “Which floor is the gym on?” — instead of answering politely, he snapped back saying, “You don’t have access.” I wasn’t even asking for access! Just a basic question. To the owner: if you’re reading this, please brief him on how to talk to customers. The property is great, but just because of that one interaction, I won’t be returning.

I just search on make my trip...Then I show this property and the amenities of the property is really good and there is restriction in this property...One thing I want to share that the property ambience is really good and the behaviour of staff is also really good plz visit this property
