This was one of the worst stays I've ever experienced. The rooms were infested with cockroaches, and despite daily cleaning, the situation remained unchanged—even after switching rooms. The entire lobby and elevator reeked of dust and neglect. The place is absolutely not worth the price they charge. Please don’t be by the reviewsit’s completely different in reality and far from clean.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. It is located near FC road, and it was convenient to move around. The staff was extremely courteous. Though the property is a little old, it's value for money. We booked the executive deluxe room, and it was pretty spacious. Inhouse restaurant food was okay. There are also many restaurants nearby if you want to eat out. We stayed for 4 nights. Overall, I had a nice experience.

1. Quality of service has been deteriorated in restaurant. Guests are made to get up leaving breakfast on table and pick up addln food. Not even a tea was served in resto and strictly adhered to self service. Absolutely pathetic thinking of management. 2. Earlier also mentioned in review about mattresses. Sponge mattresses are not good. It gives a disturbed sleep. 3. Pest control was not done. Last visit too and even in latest visit, observed many small coalcroaches near bed. Which was dirty. 4. Parking is conjusted. 5. Overall So So Treatment. Next time will surely not stay.

Worst experience..!! Staff was so arrogant. Pathetic food in breakfast, only provide Poha and idli sambar, When the container is empty they are not willingly refill the container of fruits. I was having my breakfast at the table I request for the Tea, The staff is too arrogant that from the corner he said ‘Yaha Rakha hai idhar se lekr jao’. Also i have request for the crockery in the room as I carried some homemade snacks but the Room Service staff bluntly replied that we won’t provide crockery unless you order something from the hotel menu. The room Furniture was also aged and torn. Worst experience..!! Staff was so arrogant. The room given to us had a cockroach, so we changed the room. That room was good. The table cloth in the dining area was dirty and stained. They put up only idali and misal and fruits on the table. They had egg varieties and dosa, but we were not told and there was no menu on display. Do we missed out on half the items on breakfast menu.
