The hotel was too bad. No staff to clean the room. No bed sheet change. No proper drinking water . Water logging in bathroom. No cleanliness at all.

pathetic stay.. lift wasn't working, the mug in the bathroom had a hole, unkept rooms .. And THEY DON'T GIVE BREAKFAST AFTER TAKING PAYMENT FOR THE SAME. My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and far below any acceptable standards. The lift was non-functional and deliberately kept switched off throughout my stay. Despite having booked a package that included breakfast, I was informed that the kitchen was closed and that no breakfast would be provided — which is completely unacceptable The bathroom was in a terrible state, with missing glass panels, a broken toilet mug, and an overall unhygienic condition. The bedsheets were stained and emitted an unpleasant odor. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had in recent times. The property management clearly lacks basic maintenance, customer service, a I would strongly advise against staying here.

The room is ok and acceptable for the price. but the service is horrible. I called them multiple times for room cleaning and they always neglected and they came after so many calls.

I booked with breakfast, but they didn't provide it, in room there is no water bottle and kettle. The reception is on the 2nd floor. I went at midnight. The receptionist was not attending my call .

if I book for with breakfast, but hotel side say they have no kitchen so breakfast not provided. it's very struggling for tha morning breakfast

no water , no light and no generator backup, no manager at desk only cleaning staff. called manager many times.

Location was good, in house hotel is there, best thing was Parking. Good parking area. Food was also good.
