Experience was good
The Hotel is situated near to the metro station and market area. Staff is courteous and well mannered . Hotel owner makes sure you get the best service .

Must try the Hotel
Hotel is situated in the centre of PCMC . Market ,Metro status at the walking distance. Staff is amazing and helpful especial the property owner. It was pleasant stay

Average Stay
Went for offical travel and it was quite nice . Just few takeaway for the hotel and management: service and other essential were good but: 1. room and washroom condition can be better . 2. Room is big enough but tv installed is small and its hard sometime to change or navigate. I k ow many will say who watch tv at hotel but sometime even if ypu do it will be little hard to switch channels as its small as per room size. 3. Room's tea packs and all should be refill everyday .otherwise its okay. Overall it was pleasant stay and strongly recommend for stay if you are looking anywhere near chinchwad and nearby areas. Excellent Stay
businessDouble bedded room gave to us actually 2 separate rooms joined together with ac in one room only. Two rooms together can accommodate 4 persons comfortably. Rooms are clean though the ac was old and window type. Food quality and services were good. Complimentary breakfast only veg option available. Overall stay was good and value for money

soloBeautiful downtown hotel with nice roof top bar. Rooms have historic feel with old hard wood floors, yet modern as bathrooms have white subway tiles with tvs in each bathroom. Staff is wonderful and accommodating providing upgrades when available.

Terrible Stay
It is one of the worst hotels which stayed at. No support at all staff at the hotel. When we are checking out the hotel he is not showing check out and saying we can't able to check out Which is the hotel serves breakfast at 8am at least i know max6. 30am due to who ever go for meetings it should.

I recently had an amazing stay at the o hotel and i can't wait to share my experience. From the moment i walked in, i was greeted warmly by the friendly staff, who made me feel right at home. The hotel's rooms were not only clean, but also incredibly spacious. It was such a delight to have plenty of room to relax after a long day of exploring.
