The experience was good right from the start. The lady at the front desk I don't recollect her name was so polite and professional and she helped us to make the check-in process quick and simple. Plus the housekeeping team the hard working ones were very helpful in each and every step!!! The rooms were pretty generous sized and clean. Everything was seamless and smooth!!! Only a suggestion with the bedsheets or the cushion I don't know it was smelling like damp clothes. Otherwise rest everything was 10 on 10!!! I would most probably prefer to stay back here again!!

When I checked into the hotel and entered my room, I found that basic amenities like shampoo and a dental kit were not available. When I inquired at the reception, I was told that these items are chargeable, which was disappointing. Additionally, I noticed small cockroaches moving around inside the room, which raised serious hygiene concerns. The food quality was also not up to the mark. Although my package included breakfast and dinner, I only had breakfast once and chose not to eat there again due to the poor experience. Overall, my stay was below expectations in terms of cleanliness, basic facilities, and food.

Worst hotel i had stayed. Not recommended at all. Stay is rude, when i asked why no intercom person who camed to drop my luggage told it is not avaiable. When i visited reception asked that i want to talk to manager he told manager will not speak with you right now.
