this is an ok-ok business services apartment. Stayed here for one night and service was ok ok

The room was not comfortable, The service is also bad

nice studio room with chilled Ac and good behavior of all staff ... in bathroom there some leakage but staff cooperate for all problems

The hotel was not clean and hygienic. The room that I had booked in advance even, had cockroaches. The room’s door didn’t have a latch and the balcony doors didn’t open and close properly and would get stuck. The attendant was helpful but even after changing the room I saw cockroaches and the same balcony doors problems. Even look-wise, the room had mismatched chairs and uncomfortable sofas. The bathroom didn’t have toilet paper and had just one small bar of soap, no shampoo, body wash, body soap, or anything. The room was not stocked with anything, not even water, just a couple of sachets of tea and sugar. I didn’t feel safe either, travelling as a solo female traveler.

Poor Cleanliness and Cockroches in the room.

The property was in good location but the rooms were not cleaned at all all the dust was there in the room and the bed mattress was also not at all good the toilet sanitary and the towels were not at all good all dirty with patches and mark on it

The staff was very helpful, especially Marcey at the front desk and the night shift staff member, who was very polite and supportive

The experience was good right from the start. The lady at the front desk I don't recollect her name was so polite and professional and she helped us to make the check-in process quick and simple. Plus the housekeeping team the hard working ones were very helpful in each and every step!!! The rooms were pretty generous sized and clean. Everything was seamless and smooth!!! Only a suggestion with the bedsheets or the cushion I don't know it was smelling like damp clothes. Otherwise rest everything was 10 on 10!!! I would most probably prefer to stay back here again!!

Property is not the same as the pictures. Very low quality bed. Bed height is very small.
