It was a great staying at the facility. The staff were coordial and the stay was comfortable and what we expected. One point of concern was no toiletries in the room that can be an easy improvement. But overall it was safe, hygienic and private.

I GOT ROOM NO 109 WHICH HAD DOORS WITH JAMMED LOCKS AND LATCHES , WASHROOM WAS FILLED WITH THE SMOKE OF KITCHEN AND WE WERE ONLY HEARING THE KITCHEN NOISE WHOLE TIME IN THE ROOM THE SMELL OF OIL AND TADKAS , NO ANY WATER BOTTLE IN THE ROOM , JUST ONLY STINKY BEDSHEET AND JAMMED DOORS HAVING NON WORKING LOCKS , NOT WORTH OF SPENDING 3K TO 4K ON THIS ROOM

the hotel is good, neat, clean. the staff is supportive. the location is fantastic. you step out of the hotel to the main road, and you have the entire food street available to enjoy. any dish, you name it and you find it there. the breakfast is also good. not many options but good enough. only thing is the early check-in charge they charge you which is not as per your booking cost but the hotel's internal cost. else this hotel is good for solo, family travellers....

Poor Stay
Firstly, the receptionist who was there at 1335 hrs was indifferent and responded as if he was give out his own property for free. He then allotted a room which did not have the balcony. However the booking was for a premium suite 2x with balcony. When asked about this he replied unapologetically that the guest has to make a special request. He then said the rooms are subject to availability. After I insisted about my booking he very reluctantly allotted another room which had balcony. After entering the room, I found that there was no water bottle, no basic crockery , even water glasses. The soap dispenser was leaking. The AC was almost defunct. The intercom was clearly defunct. The room doesn’t deserve to be called a premium suite. A request to Magnus group to understand basic English before naming their room categories. The corridor outside was strewn with litter and used plates and linen. A pathetic property. Overall a sad experience.

businessTypical budget hotel fit for a one night stay. It's an old property and they have refurbished the same. However the aging is clearly visible in terms of the upkeep and the furniture. Checking in and checking out takes longer than anticipated so keep some time for this. Did not try the food. Hotel located in a quiet place. Lot of budget and fine dining food options available nearby. Bed linen and towels are aging badly and need to be replaced immediately by the hotel as the the fibre from those sticks to your body and you need to dust yourself off which is not easy. Parking available but be ready to negotiate tight turns.
