Yash Regency (HMCT)

Terrible experience, room was not clean, smell of finail all over hotel, TV was not working. Fans makes lot of noice. AC was not working .

this hotel is not well kept. the pictures are not real. not worth the money

The bathrooms were very dirty and the double bed was making noise when one sat on it as if it was many years old

this property is very bad property, only govt. hair property and not mention any things as a not working landlines phone, not working kitchen, not cold water and room very bad samil

It was bad. Mattress was horrible, no hot water, not pleasant stay

Service is good. Rooms need renovation. But overall it was good experience.

The property is located at the centre of pune with good access to transport facilities. It is near the railway station which makes it convenient. The rooms are good for budget travel. The staff is helpful and accommodating. Food is fine as daily breakfast is complimentary.

Horrible. This place can come down like a house of cards anytime. Its hell. Please stay away. Staff is nice. Genuinely helpful. But what can they do with service if the product itself is scary. Go if you like lizards, oil(that's on pillows as stains, etc.

The hotel looks like old ghost building where as interior is ok food is delicious very cheaper. Wash room is damn good. Service. Also very fast. Staff is 2 polite. Overal worthy for the price.

Rooms main door lock was broken and cupboards were not in good condition. Things were old and broken in washroom. Not worth at all for the rent paid.

The stay was just fine, old school building. But a majority of it was cons: 1. Bed sheets were not clean 2. Bathroom tiles are cracked 3. Cockroaches in the room coming to the pros: 1. Ac uint was new, so the coming was good 2. You can order from zomato and they will deliver it to your rooms

Worst rooms, bad smell from everyroom which was available that day. Bad bathroom, no hot water, the property is not maintained

Hygiene poor mosquitoes and cockroaches all over bathrooms not cleaned staff behaviour is good breakfast disastrous overall experience 1/10

Quite room nice places cab available, auto nearby. Breakfast excellent. Everything ok with the price.

I checked in with my husband. I haven’t changed my maiden name post marriage and i don’t ever intend to. The lady at the reception asked for a ‘proper id proof’ where my surname matched my husband’s. To prove that we are married. I told her i will not be able to provide that while i had my perfectly valid adhaar card and passport proving that i am a citizen of this country and of legal age. She asked me for a marriage certificate, which again i am not obligated by any law to have or provide. It got to the ridiculous level of me having to show them my wedding pictures. For a simple checkin to my already paid for room. How is a hotel allowed to override the law which says that any couple, where both partners are legal adults, can not be restricted from staying at a hotel.

Please try to refund me the amount. We could not stay there coz of personal reasons please give the refund back

The services and customer experience is pretty good! overall it is a good experience. The only things needs to be improved is- breakfast menu and room cleaning services on a daily basis.

Comfort stay, staff is very helpful and good, in room service was best, in room order food was perfect and Rate was very pocket friendly, I'm recommend to everyone if you pune near the Yash Regency so stay here... My permanent stay is fix in yash when I am in Pune... Thanks make my trip 💓. Selfie in Room

Rooms are clear. But services need to be upgraded. Foods are not up to the mark. Need to improved

The reception person was very welcoming and supportive. And other staff is also polite. They are well mannered. As i had stay with my mother, i didn't feel any hesitation at any point of time. Food was really good and the room service is excellent.
