Good, neat and well designed, maintained property.. good for corporate people and family.. food was so good

Overall stay was not that good. First of all on day one. When I reached,I got bedbug bites. It seems to be from like unwashed pillows or maybe the bedsheets soda Undercovers. So yes, so next day, when I was about to check out again, they charged me extra money for the water bottle which they have forcefully given me instead of when I asked them for you know normal water that is fine, but the thing is that my food was included i mean dinner was included still then I don't know the purpose if your meal is included how can you charge extra money then also I paid that I was ready to pay it, but I mean the boy, I would a waiter who was there in the restaurant. He was like you should have told us properly that you don't want a bottle of water. It should be normal water. Most of them are very rude and then the food quality is very spicy. Less availability of options in buffet again for breakfast. So overall I would rate the stay as poor

Room was spacious clean hygiene and Staffs are good. stay alongwith family was nice. Hotel is mid of the city so my work completed on time

Not perfect but in puna city location good for towords Solapur toad travel. Budget silent and good hospitality We will sure suggest to frind. Thanks

The Location of the hotel is in the middle of pune city and MIT college. Food and hygiene is Excellent. The parking is available. Location is on silent place, No chaos and sounds. Great place for family to stay.

Hotel is overpriced and doesn’t have net to windows for mosquitoes, ceiling height of room is low so feels poor .. hotel is overpriced for the services they provide

Room and washroom is cleaned and staff is responsive. AC and exhaust makes crazy noize. very slow response of genset during power cut. Dinner is excellent but breat fast is horrible specially the cleaning and hygiene of the area. I think hote has everything good but management is very bad. may be manager doesn't understands its responsibilities.

The hotel was okay for a 3 star hotel. Most of the mentioned amenities were included. We did not receive slippers and they had kept only one dental kit and shower kit when our booking was for 2 people. The major disappointment was that the swimming pool was very dirty. Upon asking about why is it not clean, they gave the excuse that nobody uses the swimming pool so the staff did not clean it. Pool was so dirty, you can tell it wasn't cleaned for over a month at least.

Food is good. However the breakfast layout in hall is not good. There were pigeons in the hall . The deluxe room had cupboard right at the entrance and the doors were not opening because of the main door. The wifi was functional but did not reach inside the room it was only connected if door was open . airconditioners are of old vintage white turned yellow. remotes of airconditioner not matching with remote. Toilet hand shower had blocked holes as a result water pressure was very weak . Beds are very low in height which is a problem for senior citizens. overall average i would rate.

Hotel is centrally located in the city. Rooms are clean and spacious. Food was good and the most important staff is courteous

HOTEL is large in size so do the rooms are also .Situated near to the market and ample of parking space . Nice experience

Room upkeep excellent But the options on food if you have booked buffet is measurably poor. Need lot of improvement for that aspect. Rest okay experience.

The hotel staff provided excellent hospitality and cooperation throughout my stay. On the morning of my departure, i needed to leave early for my daughter’s entrance exam. To my pleasant surprise, the staff went out of their way to arrange an early breakfast for her at around 7:10 am. I truly appreciate their thoughtful service and attention to detail. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so comfortable and memorable.
