Terrible Stay
the worst hotel stay I ever came across. To say few points. Parking, reception n receptionist u ll never find a smile atleast, no dustbin, no Center tabel, no dental kit, tv doesn’t work properly, to clean room u ll have to follow up with the H/K staff. Entry exit planned as if Coustomer will run away without clearing there dues. U don’t get even one extra hour to checkout. In any corner ur ll not find hospitality in there premises... one good thing among the hotel was only the security guard

Given the amount they charged it was good in Pune City! Small rooms, but not shady. Food was also average.

This was our worst Treeboo experience and highly disappointing.
• Poor hospitality and lack of basic service. • Unsatisfactory cleanliness and hygiene throughout the stay. • All rooms inspected had issues — maintenance faults, electricity problems, or unclean conditions. • Presence of cockroaches, making rooms uncomfortable and unsafe. • Extremely poor breakfast quality, with very limited options. • Broken facilities (taps, seats, plugs) and no provision for hot water. • Experience was so bad that we had to cut short our 2-day booking to just 1 day.

Tv not working, no toiletries, defective lights, defective fan. Poor quality food, poor services....

Stay at Treebo Grande Classic Pun
it was by far the worst experience I have had. there were no basic toiletries, no basic hygeine maintained , pot was broken , mirrors were dirty , bedsheet was dirty , service was poor , food was terrible , tv not working , and there were cockroaches all over in the room, the door did not have a lock or any locking mechanism for double security. even after informing the hotel staff only little changes were made . somethitn as basic as ice wasn't available.

Average Stay
Hotel rooms are good and food ordered from pantry is reasonable too but I would like to highlight few things if that helps 1) No dental kits are provided in rooms 2) Breakfast area is too dirty and shortly staffed. There were only 2 of them who were cooking as well as cleaning 3) used tissue papers were scattered all over places in breakfast area 4) Parking looks very challenging for big cars as the space is constipated. This needs to be published during booking and I think at the most 2 to 3 cars can be parked 4) Provision for hard matress should be provided at no extra cost. The ones we had was spring based and on request as well they turned off saying extra matress will cost 500 and non negotiable. 5) Only 1 drinking water bottle was provided and if required extra it's chargeable. At least that number should match the number of occupants

Good Stay
The hotel had clean room and attentive staff. Located near Pune’s prime area, it's convenient for travelers. Breakfast options need improvement like adding fruits and secondly better breakfast options would enhance the overall experience. Overall good.

Scope of Improvemen
Staff were cooperative but there is immense scope of improvement in below ambience - dining area were smelling, Coakroaches were running here and there, Room -Coackroach were our roommate even there also bedsheet remains unchanged In entire 3 days, Really pathetic. Food - huge scope of improvement in Taste. Also there were very Limited option in Breakfast.
