Good Stay
Stay was excellent Rooms were clean Neatly done Washroom I would say just a little below good Food was average And morning breakfast was not up to mark as very few variety was offered in the breakfast buffet

very poor in room service I chk in 8th evening asked food at 10.45 restaurant people telling me that kitchen is closed while time of chk in at 10.30 reception told me that you will get food till 11 pm ..order 1 bottel water it's take 40 min and taking 25rs MRP is 20

Average Stay
Hotel is situated in a very congested area with very basic amenities only. The parking provided by the hotel is sufficient considering the number of rooms there. The restaurant service is also not up to the standard. Only positive I could see was that it was very close to the MG road

Not a good place to stay with family No proper parking. Also make my trip team not supported nor Treebo team as I booked for 02 days and asked them to cancel my stay for second day which they didn't helped despite of calling so many times. There customer handling is very poor and extremely terrible while you paid in advance.The only person who is wearing is sweet smile is their security guard

The overall experience was good, but there is a problem with the hot water in this hotel. The hot water supply is not proper; instead, normal water comes from the tap. Check in was good and fast however and room was not ok But the bedsheet had burnt Marks and stains and the blanket was not clean and found cockroaches in the room The check out process was fast and easy

Terrible Stay
the worst hotel stay I ever came across. To say few points. Parking, reception n receptionist u ll never find a smile atleast, no dustbin, no Center tabel, no dental kit, tv doesn’t work properly, to clean room u ll have to follow up with the H/K staff. Entry exit planned as if Coustomer will run away without clearing there dues. U don’t get even one extra hour to checkout. In any corner ur ll not find hospitality in there premises... one good thing among the hotel was only the security guard

Given the amount they charged it was good in Pune City! Small rooms, but not shady. Food was also average.

This was our worst Treeboo experience and highly disappointing.
• Poor hospitality and lack of basic service. • Unsatisfactory cleanliness and hygiene throughout the stay. • All rooms inspected had issues — maintenance faults, electricity problems, or unclean conditions. • Presence of cockroaches, making rooms uncomfortable and unsafe. • Extremely poor breakfast quality, with very limited options. • Broken facilities (taps, seats, plugs) and no provision for hot water. • Experience was so bad that we had to cut short our 2-day booking to just 1 day.
