Poor Stay
I have done booking with breakfast. But from reception didn't inform the timing of breakfast i asked reception for breakfast at 10.15 he said till 10.30 breakfast will give . I came at 10.33 so breakfast is closed and didn't given me breakfast. Hotel and restaurant distance is minimum 200 metre from hotel .

Rooms are good with ample space,Food is also nice.Next time also I will stay in the same hotel. It's easily accessible on Highway.

Hotel was ok in condition and service was not good even ac was not working
Stay was ok ok 🙂 overall according to price hotel room and especially bathroom was not in good condition 😕 and ac was not working

Excellent Stay
Kala Sagar is a old property. But decently maintained. Few rooms are bad esp the suite. The renovated Deluxe rooms are good value for money. Comfortable bed pillows clean towels. AC n fans work well. TV doesn't have most channels. Restaurant is good. Variety of tasty items at reasonable rates. Good place to stay around Pimpri Chinchwad. Access pathway to hotel needs to be redone.

not happy with stay this time due to poor service, even lift was not worki
Stayed with no dental and shaving kit at room. Despite order, no one served to the room even life was not working since morning to check out at 11:00 am

stay was very bad as ac was not working, complaint many times but no resolution, full night we stayed without AC. food was good. washrooms were not very clean. no morning access to swimming pool.

Good Stay

Worst experience in no staff attending , staff talking very ruddily, no one informed for breakfast timing suddenly said we closed buffet before 5 mins, no room service till checkout, no one responsible all staff telling talk with them go there only Workst experience with hotel
