Terrible Stay
Place was really dirty and smelly. No proper ventilation. Beds were in poor condition. Receptionist was asking me money for him for himself to spend. Pathetic service.

Initially they deny check in and giving reason such as rooms already sold. After some time with planned drama they will suggest give extra money we will arrange 1 room. If you agreed for giving cash then they will arrange room. They are demanding for extra money upon booking amount

no neat and clean
solosuch a horrible condition and after paying total money take advance 500 rs. and rude behaviour.

Spacious but not clean
The room was one BHK, two washrooms. Both had cigarette ends. When entered the room was not clean, previous customers plates were not cleared. Door keys were not provided.

Best budget stay
The staff is very friendly and good. Best budget stay but don't expect much.

Average stay
Room is clean but furniture of room are not so clean. Hotel does not have it's own restaurant. There very cheap room service. If you are don't have any other options then only you must choose these.

A good place for overnight stop near Nanded, Pune
The stay is quite average, in terms of what you get. It's basically an apartment turned into Oyo. So essentially you get 1 BHK. The rooms are spacious and the building is new, hence gives a decent feel. However there is literally no room service, so pack the stuff you need. Even for towel, I had to call him up twice. But nonetheless, good stay. Has many small restaurants nearby, including McDonald's and Dominos.

Good for couples
Basically it's a flat converted into hotel. Good spacious and homely atmosphere to stay with your love once.
