I checked in at 7:30 in the evening. When I asked for a check in, the person at the reception denied saying talk to your Oyo or make my trip, they have charged very less. I said it's not my duty to look into this, I have booked a room, at a given price, you talk to whoever the concerned person is. I did call the support staff of the MMT but nobody responded to a poor service experience. Then after sometimes, he asked to check-in as he will talk to Oyo or MMT personally. Upon check-in he gave me a cornered room, the worst room of the hotel I think, the sink was not got, bathroom was not clean, the room was given me next to their service room where they keep their dirty bed sheets and pillows etc. I cannot open the room door for a while. Stay was ok. Not a good experience.
