Review Of Hotel O Span Executive

I booked an AC Room but the AC was not working. And there was no dustbin in the room. The bedrolls were not cleaned properly.

Stay at hotel was extremely patatic. I will never recommended this hote to any one. Service is to bad

please find the below issues why we are flashing oyo properties oyo is finished & still we are with them to be like them in future ? 1 - ac not working (non ac room allocated) 2 - toilets not cleaned & all bad smell 3 - toilet shutter window not available 4 - tv not available in all 3 rooms 5 - mattress's in bad condition & uncomfortable 6 - unable to connect wifi

Rooms were very dirty. Washroom door handles were broken. They provide water in used water bottals. Instead of asking for towels many times they didn’t provide. Walls were very dirty

Ac was working but cooling was as good as fan - no cooling. Not available

Bedsheets are bad smell, i got skin infection after stay to hotel, fan regulator was not working, no water, tv was not there.

Room is not getting locked from inside. No TV inside the room. AC not working properly. AC makes an irritating noise. No night lamp or foot lamp in the room. No hot water, we have given water heater. I have paid for Extra person, but No Towel is provided for extra person. No foot mattress provided. No bucket n mug provided in the room. Electric Plug has broken. No toiletries No good night machine of mosquito repellent in the room. Only 1 mineral water bottle was in the room, I only have to asked him to give me the 1 more bottle. Parking issues. Check inn formalities big issues (I can explain this over the call) Bedsheet was also too much dirty, not at all clean as per the 3* hotel ratings. This hotel is of below 1* rating or 0* Their is also no (zero) network in the room, so I can't able to mail you on the real time. The hotel staff is too arrogant, they don't need to do business nor the need guests. They need the room to be given only in hourly basis for couples of hours. Many more issues I have faced in this hotel.

Hotel walls have all fungus visible. Someone has thrown chewgum on the bed. There was cockroaches visible.

very bad experience was there, images shown are totally different from reality, I know how I spend my time there it was a terrible experience.

Apart from worst property and services we didn't got our complimentary breakfast committed on booking time as an option with extra pay. Pl refund us the same.

The overall stay was nice and we felt like it was good. Service was nice room condition is nice.
