2 star rating hotel , approach lane was so much muddy and dirty, hotel in back lane , near hotel there is construction site , you can’t take rest in day time

The hotel was good but the location and the entry was a bit shady. The room was good and also the omlette sandwich was tasty.

The rooms are very spacious and the food is good. The problem is the hotel is located at the end of a narrow lane which has a lot of potholes so you can't walk till the main road in the monsoons. It was completely filled with water. Also, the kitchen is closed between 3-6 pm which is normally when you come back to the hotel after exploring and want to order food.

Room was good. Nice n clean. But they dont allow any guest to visit in your room. I travel for business and number of times friends or family visit. As per hotel rules no outsider is allowed in room. This is absolutely ridiculous. I travel a lot but this is first time i faced this situation. During this visit I had a highly respected professor guest (male)visiting me in morning for 1 hour. You may not allow female guest at night. But otherwise it should be allowed. Hotel should rethink the policy. Room service is little slow. You need to remind them after half an hour after placing the order. Otherwise location is good. Rooms are bright and well maintained Room was good. Nice n clean. The stay was quite comphy... Though the stay is located inside a small narrow street which was muddy due to rain but it's not the big deal. Hospitality was good, breakfast was also average. Overall a pleasant experience.

The hotel is really nice and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only thing is the location is in a narrow street. Other than that, it's a great hotel to stay at a prime location.

The Receptionist and the Manager need to learn Hospitality Ethics. They clearly lack the basic knowledge of running a Hospitality business.

I stayed for 2 days and the staff was very welcoming. The cleanliness was next level. The most important thing is that we can order food from outside. Superb stay.
