The photos and the reality are very different. Very dirty place. Door lock did not work. Dirty sheets and mats. It was a disaster staying there.Very poor maintenance.

I got to know about it through MakeMyTrip when I was searching for hotel in Pune... The service is excellent... All the staffs are very well mannered and our rooms are also very neat and clean... The food is very good in the breakfast... All the services including wifi, bed, amenities all are good... One problem may be there... There is a problem of loadshedding and thus the room was unlocked automatically... There is a problem regarding the geyser sometimes... But there is no issue... For me I give it 5 out of 5 rating...

Unclean Paradise

The property's location was very much off the main road and near many PG accommodation. This property is more of a lodge than a hotel. Even though it claims breakfast is available from 0830 a.m., the service does not start until 0930 a.m. Balcony view for premium room is a rip-off. You get a view of nearby garbage and shed only. Rooms smell of smoke and unclean dining area in the ground floor. Overall, a bad experience.
