Services is very good Property location is amazing Food is so delicious Hygienic environment in front of hotel

Worst hotel stay in my entire 11 years of professional life. There is no power back up in hotel, if power cuts 1 hr or 2 hr or 3 hrs you need to wait for power, lifts will not work. If you lucky enough if you stuck in same condition I don't think these guys have any rescue options. Beds and pillows are night mare, they hard as rock, you will have back pain and neck pain with lack of proper sleep. On asking for some soft pillows they have changed twice both times they are stinking like it was used or kept in locker for over a long time. Complementary food does not have any variety options same idly, poha , bread only masala dosa as optional as per required. Such a worst service worst maintenance worst nightmare like stay, i had to stay there for 5 nights as I have booked through company. I suggest no one to stay here and have nightmare experince I have faced #502 room stay duration 18-23rd aug 25

It was good as the location but was bad as there was cockroaches and untideness.

I stayed in this room during my business travel and room space is quite good, washroom was clean, ac and fan was perfectly working but bedsheets was not so clean there was hairs on the bed sheets and also there was everywhere cockroaches. Wifi speed was not so good. Overall my experience was average as per the price.

Felt Too costly per night ,No Hot water , bucket and mug in bathroom, Morning brakefast very less items and that too very cold and flies over food ,

Hotel room cleanliness is not up to the Mark, food available in the dining area is limited, during day time flies are there in the dining hall.

No proper response and facilities of towels and bath kits available after several follow ups they are providing not looks like 3 star, food is pathetic

Stays for 2 days easy check in regular cleaning of room provide morning breakfast with good taste and quality

Uncleaned bathroom dusty floor and windows average food quality. it was bad

They take booking for 2 suite rooms while they have provided me only executive room that too without any information and knowledge. Upon question, they asked me to cancel if i want but they don’t want any argument and can only offer executive room even without any refund or compensation. Other issue are power cut for 1. 5 hours just after check-in, no availability of cold water, ice etc, no tea bag or tea serving before 07:30am. I expect partial refund for not providing the booked room/service

Third class room. At the time of booking showing big size bed. & offered twinge sharing bed room. Food teast is very bad.

The stay was good and convenient for the official visit. Rooms were clean and hygienic. Food was ok, but not as expected. Room amenities and staff behavior was good. I would recommend this hotel for official visits to mm chakan plant.
