Only clean Room doesn't makes a Nice hotel.! Totally unsatisfied hotel .. Non cooperative staff, poor breakfast , non helpful manager & staff.. Didn't give any solutions on lost of room key in hotel & instead asked for Extra Rs5000- Rs6000 of faulty room lock wear n tear, Even after I myself arranged the key man to make new key of room locked & paid him Rs600 for the same.. Such a poor hotel it was the Manager told us they don't have the duplicate keys of the room locked & also didn't provide us any other room by saying hotel is full.. Totally Hopeless hotel i ever stayed in...only star only for getting clean room

Poor quality hotel

Rude staff behaviour, bad food, below average stay
familyStaff is rude. Breakfast was pathetic. Cleanliness is average. Don’t recommend. The electric kettle was missing from the room so i called up the receptionist, he was not at all interested in helping me out with this. Instead he made it look like he was doing me a favour.
