The property was good and the hygiene and staff was also good.

The room was extremely small with just a tiny bed , there was barely any space to move around. The washroom was also very cramped. As for the kids’ play zone, it was quite disappointing and not as expected.

The place was different from how it was advertised. some amenities were lacking which were promised such as hair dryers and ironing boards and the shower was malfunctioning. One of my friend also booked the stay with me in different room and they were very hostile and unpleasant when we went to each other's room and asked us to pay extra if we want to spend time together in each other's room. Was severely uncomfortable.

Wont be staying here again. Not good service. Rude staff. One of my worst stays. The only positive is the location, Food isn’t good.

All are excellent. Everything is available nearby. Rooms are clean, service is ok. Food is veg and good quality available at it's restaurant on the ground floor.

A large window offered natural light and a pleasant view. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Room service was prompt and courteous. Though the mini-bar was pricey, the overall experience was excellent. It was a relaxing and enjoyable stay—highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.

Room had mosquitoes. Bed sheets weren’t clean. I asked for first aid - the products were all expired. Only good thing was hospitality. Food was okayish. Location was good.

The rooms were neat and clean. The size of the rooms was good. Everything was in working order. Location as per our need was conveniently close to the airport. But by mistake there was double booking and customer service of the makemytrip was no help. The hotel did not cancel our booking despite the fact that it was an obvious software error - how can the same 4 people book a set of 4 rooms of double sharing? i strongly feel that the amount paid for the extra two rooms should be refunded by the hotel and makemytrip as soon as possible.

The room was clean but AC wasnt working at all and they didnt provided hair dryer and it was given after asking in reception . Booking AC room and having ac not working is unacceptable

On road property was excellent connectivity to airport and the city. Neat and clean room / washroom.

Room service was slow and inefficient, often delivering incorrect or incomplete orders. Many advertised amenities were either unavailable or poorly maintained, adding to the inconvenience. Overall, this hotel does not prioritize guest satisfaction. Poor management, bad service, and lack of cleanliness make it a terrible choice. *i strongly recommend avoiding this place and choosing a better alternative*

Hotel is very near to the airport and they have a veg restaurant with very nice quality food. Room quality and service is just okay as per my view. Identifying the hotel is a tough task and they doesn’t have any space for parking.
