Power supply generator was under break down due to which no power available for almost 90mins on 1st night. Upon complaining the same was restored next day 11am. Small cockroaches were seen upon opening n closing of the room. Location, services n food was good.

small rooms, but with comfortable hard beds. poor food arrangements and bad quality of the assured breakfast. managed any how. No kitchen, for lunch and dinner had to go out and had food. Totally non communicating unexperienced staff. Overall, it is not befitting the Treebo badge. Treebo must inspect its service and verify my experience..

Ok experience
The staff were very friendly. Food was good and properly cooked as well. But, the room only had dim lights and the fan wasn't working. Difficult for someone who is not comfortable using AC. Very dissatisfied, pictures are deceptive
familyNot at all happy with the hotel. The room was small and damp at some places. Lift from 2nd floor down was not working, the receptionist assured me that it will be fixed but it was not fixed during my entire stay of 2 nights. Breakfast was very basic, puri bhaaji and upma, that's it. I got a room facing the highway, couldn't sleep 2 whole night due to sound of traffic which was 24*7.

Room was very good, specious and clean. But service for taking luggage from reception to room & even after check out, from room to reception, was not available. Breakfast timing is mentioned as 8 - 10 am. But it was not ready even upto 8. 45 am.

Terrible Stay
I was allocated the economy room, no point to stay here as this is next to highway and rooms are not soundproof- you ll hear horns and vehicle noise all the time - room was pathetic too - such a disgusting stay. I would suggest sleep in lodges at-least v eh noise won't come and you ll be able to sleep - worst part beds are 5 ft and i m 6 ft - whole night i was trying adjust my legs - when i called caretaker give me other room he said all rooms are same bed size means - 6 ft tall people - don't come to this lilliput land

Horrible visit in tulip hotel pune
We stayed in treebo tulip hotel pune but our experience was very bad about the tariff and services . therefore I do not recommend stay here. If you want an economical hotel then you can stay in dharmshal is better then this hotel.

There was no food available, i had to order via zomato, no room cleaning done, i got it done by myself, there were hardly staff staff available for service, even the breakfast was pathetic. I m sure i ll not recommend it to anybody
