Room is good but blankets and put side of room is not hygienic. Have no lift we have carry our luggage by self this could be a pain for a customer

Terrible Stay
I had a terrible experience during my stay at Hotel Galaxy. The hygiene standards were absolutely appalling — the bed and bedsheet was dirty and pillows were disgusting, basic cleanliness was completely neglected. No clean towels were provided, and to make things worse, they didn’t even offer drinking water. The staff seemed indifferent to complaints and overall, the place felt poorly managed and unhospitable. I would strongly advise avoiding this hotel if you’re looking for a comfortable and hygienic stay in Pune.
