Good hotel at a great location.
Location is good. Parking is available. This time I found that room was not immaculately swept and mopped. For some reason hotel staff had not provided towels and drinking water in the room. When asked the water was provided but towels never came. Maybe the staff was inadequate. Having said that, I am not complaining since I got the room at a great price.

Terrible Stay
1. The washroom did not have any towels or any other toiletries, whereas during Booking that was mentioned 2. while booking I booked for a twin bed, however, I got a double bed ,upon enquiring they mentioned they will check and get back to us, which they never did 3. No hot water available to take bath multiple people complaining about the same. 4. reached on time for breakfast. However, most of the food items were completed and not refilled. I am glad. I only had to spend few hours as I came down on a work purpose. Would never book this hotel if I have to stay for an entire 24 hours, neither would I suggest?

Good hotel at a convenient location
Clean, spacious, well ventilated rooms, great location and good food. Restaurants and metro are walking distance. This was a value for money stay for me. Property location is excellent and it is close to Metro Station as well as good restaurants. The hotel room was spacious, clean and well ventilated. The bathrooms also were clean. The hotel relies on Solar Power for hot bathing water which can be tricky in the mornings. The hotel staff asked me to allow 3 buckets of water to drain before hot water would start flowing. Three bucks of bath water to be poured down the drain is an exceptional waste of resource. Hotel should reconsider this situation. Otherwise everything else is fine. I enjoyed my stay. Thank you.

the hotel is at a suitable location. but the overall room appointment and the decor is very average. room lighting too is on the darker side. the rooms are aged and the cleanliness is just not worth mentioning. the room ceiling, bathrooms, wash basin were evidently aged and not maintained to be presentable. the breakfast service was below average, in terms of options, and service. even if some considering is done due to a heavy crowd on that particular day, yet the basic infra and service awareness seemed lacking. toileteries and quilts had to be requested for. all in all, the stay wasn't too pleasing!

Hotel Rooms looks old type with wooden smell Washroom water leakage and lighting effect very dull Food & Beverages price is too high Housekeeping service not ontime Response is not that much level due to online booking TV are very very old type Channels are available only with free that too mother language channel totally not able to access Bath towel not in clean Dental kit, bath kit, shaving kit not provided by themselves, we need to follow up and get it done.

Good Stay
It was a pleasant experience, room was neat and clean, parking was adequate. Hotel is well connected and has many good restaurants within walking distance. Staff is helpful and prompt. I would recommend this hotel to family, friends & colleagues.

For boutique hotel its a good option as its close to office. It was clean but one of my colleagues noticed Cockroaches in washroom.

The hotel is located in a good place. However the stay is quite ordinary. Good for business trip where you just go sleep and get back to work. Expect nothing beyond.

Good Stay
Hotel location is awesome. It is walking distance from the metro station, restaurants and mall. Hotel neighbourhood is also good as it is surrounded by posh societies. Adequate parking is available. Rooms was cozy and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful.
