Good Stay
small but cute hotel especially the lobby...the amenities and the captions are catchy...just the bed was extremely uncomfortable...they put an additional badly fitting mattress on top of the original...which is not a good idea...apart from that all was good

Good Stay
amenities, food and services are good. but I don't feel comfortable with the wash rooms. as an Indian, I expect a pump is wash room with proper shower. but in this, we have only handsome shower and no pumps. also, the bathrooms are very small. as far as I can understand , it will b good only for business stays, not for family stays.

Terrible Stay
I got handicapped room because the hotel was full, the room was so small and toilet was terrible. After arguing with the manager, he just ignored me since I have already paid for the room.

Well. This was my first time so I did not knew what to expect. The room was pretty small. The washroom is ok. A different concept then usual.

Nice Stay
Location is good, Room is good, Food is average. On ground floor they have Table tennis and couple of games. Rooms are nice and spacious.

Good Stay
Excellent staff behaviour at reception and also at the entrance by the security. The only thing I wasn't happy about the stay was that I had to pay for requesting plates and spoons cz the menu was limited and found too expensive due to which food had to be ordered from other restaurants and had to pay to get plates to eat my food in. Rest everything was good not to take away the staff was excellent.

Horrible stay
the location of the hotel is great. the check in staff warm and welcoming despite a checkin of 2 am - yes am not pm. but that's it. everything was downhill. being first allottee a room that didn't open, to them being explained by staff how to use a keycard( which I would have atleast 100s of times), then provided another keycard for the same room and finally being given a new room without any explanation it all seemed a big hassle for a hotel charging almost 6k per room. The room itself - smaller than a matchbox, with literally no air circulation- took us atleast half an hour to gain our breaths. the room was clean but had it not been 3 am by the time we finally checked into our room, I would have left the hotel for another place. the icing on the cake was waking up to no toiletries ( not even a toothpaste - maybe iam asking too much from a room that charges 6k a night) and the electric kettle not working to even warm up water. if you want a room to simply sleep in for the night and don't mind the price, this is a good hotel with only about 10 minutes from the airport. for anything else, look elsewhere

Stayed at Ibis Hotel Viman Nagar, Pune. Stay was decent, but I missed some facilities – no bathroom gown, small bathroom, no outdoor seating for coffee/tea/smoking, average food, and no candlelight dinner option.

location was good. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in process. My room was immaculately clean and comfortable, providing a great space to relax. I particularly enjoyed the delicious and varied breakfast spread at the in-house restaurant.

The hotel is old, the management is somehow trying to keep it in its place but its tearing apart. The staff was good but at a pricing it offers it could be much better, the jet spray was not functional, the air conditioner control was more like dummy board with no change output even after setting its temperature

We are truly disappointed with the room service and management response. Despite multiple requests and repeated efforts to convince the staff for a room change due to genuine concerns, they have been uncooperative and unwilling to help. Instead of resolving the issue, they continued to make excuses and turned it into an unnecessary issue. We expected better support and hospitality, but unfortunately, the experience has been quite frustrating.
