Clean, comfortable, secure place to stay in Viman Nagar. Breakfast is good. Walking distance from Phoenix mall.I really admire the sustainable practice of glass bottles instead of the plastic ones.

Decent hotel but price is high.
Location is favourable for me and cleaning service is nice . Breakfast is very average and it is better not to add breakfast. No channels are working in TV .

Comfortable stay with great service
The stay was very comfortable and relaxing. The property was easy to locate and had a peaceful environment. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and spacious. Staff were polite and helpful throughout the stay.

Smelly AC
staff , rooms and location were okay but the AC wasn't cleaned so the room was smelling due to moisture and causing problems in breathing. Once the room was changed. after changing another room was a little bit better. at the time of check out, no feedback request from the front desk.

I have shared your feedback with the Chief Engineer on the effectiveness of the air conditioning and the TV and it's being carefully looked at. We do not have porter service at the hotel, and we do not allow outside delivery agents up on the floors keeping in mind guest's and property's security in mind hence the guest has to come down to collect his own food deliverables at the main gate. small but cute hotel especially the lobby...the amenities and the captions are catchy...just the bed was extremely uncomfortable...they put an additional badly fitting mattress on top of the original...which is not a good idea...apart from that all was good

amenities, food and services are good. but I don't feel comfortable with the wash rooms. as an Indian, I expect a pump is wash room with proper shower. but in this, we have only handsome shower and no pumps. also, the bathrooms are very small. as far as I can understand , it will b good only for business stays, not for family stays.

Terrible Stay
I got handicapped room because the hotel was full, the room was so small and toilet was terrible. After arguing with the manager, he just ignored me since I have already paid for the room.

Nice Stay
Location is good, Room is good, Food is average. On ground floor they have Table tennis and couple of games. Rooms are nice and spacious.

Good Stay
Excellent staff behaviour at reception and also at the entrance by the security. The only thing I wasn't happy about the stay was that I had to pay for requesting plates and spoons cz the menu was limited and found too expensive due to which food had to be ordered from other restaurants and had to pay to get plates to eat my food in. Rest everything was good not to take away the staff was excellent.
