Upon arrival at the hotel, I showed her Aadhaar card as proof of age, yet the hotel authorities still charged an additional .

It is very disappointing to face such issues due to incorrect or incomplete information on the app. Experiences like this should not happen when booking through a reputed platform like MMT. I also request that MMT refund the extra amount that was unfairly charged.
