Poor Stay
Rooms are okay but except for that it was really a bad experience. Hotel doesn't have money to spend to activate regular channels on television for guest entertainment and when asked they say it's not in a package, we cannot. Basic necessities needed in bathroom are not being taken care of. Never go for dinner package inclusions, it's one of the worst experiences. Very limited options and the food quality was too low. Only rooms and breakfast is good and for that I have rated 2 stars.

Location worked for us, but average room quality
Rooms are very average, washrooms could have been cleaner. Breakfast options were limited and weren’t great in taste. Though on request, they did serve alternative options.

Average Stay
The hospitality was good, the rooms are neat and clean and we'll maintained, premium and rich ambiance created a comfortable place to stay, but the hygiene of the food is not good, i found cokroach during breakfast. Informed them to take care from next time.

I have stayed 3 times in the hotel in last 3 weeks...two times I got a very small room,but last time fortunately got a bigger room...toilet is very small...breakfast is very good and spread is also good...good hospitality

Average Stay – Needs Improvement Stayed at 7 Apple Hotel recently. Rooms lacked proper mobile network, so had to rely entirely on hotel Wi-Fi. Food menu was quite limited and washroom tiles looked old and worn. Also, basic amenities like a dental kit were not provided unless asked. On the positive side, breakfast was good. Overall, an average experience.

The room was not clean, even informed the staff that they were still not cleaning the room for 2 nights stay. shower TAB was leaked. No response from staff. The other city's 7apple hotels services were quite good as compared to pimpri Chinchwad 7 apple service . Decent Stay at Hotel 7 Apple Pimpri
I stayed for my Bussiness trip. Rooms are decent and clean. staff is helpfull. Service is quick. Buffet Breakfast offers lot of options but is expensive. I didnt have Dinner in their restaurant as the prices were very high.

Hotel Review: 7 Apple Hotel, Chinchwad, Pune The hotel is moderately maintained and may be considered an average property overall, with signs of aging visible. While the food quality is good, the amenities could be improved — no water cattle in-room, no coffee machine in the kitchen as well as nearby the rooms, only coffee pouches are provided. Room slippers are not available, and a noticeable moisture smell was present in the room, which could affect comfort. On the positive side, the location is convenient — Kasarwadi Metro Station is within walking distance, making city travel easier.

Reasonably priced hotel for business and family travelers.
This used to be The Royal Park hotel before 7 Apple acquired it. This definitely shows. The hotel feels quite old, but is maintained well. While it's outside city premises, the Kasarwadi Metro station is right outside and provides good connectivity to the city. Rates are very reasonable. We got an upgrade from Deluxe Queen room to the Suite at just 1000 rupees per night+ taxes. Breakfast spread was also quite good and the quality of the food was excellent. Staff is quite courteous and quite responsive. Rooms offer good soundproofing and being a little away from the main road also helps in this regard. I'm deducting one point because when we entered the room it was quite dusty and wasn't very clean. Smelled quite musty like it had not been occupied for a very long time. The washroom also wasn't in the best shape. We requested a cleaning which was done promptly and then it was much better. Certain parts of the room clearly showed age.

The stay was good with very co-operative staff and the Breakfast served was decent but sitting arrangements can be improved more and rest so far all the things were upto the mark and the best part is their room service whoch i liked the most and the service is remarkable

The food menu is very limited, and the staff seemed disinterested—just going through the motions. Breakfast was standard, nothing special, and despite there being no crowd, the staff was inattentive. Live orders were ignored or delayed—mine took over 20 minutes. Overall, the property feels like it's just running for the sake of it, with clear cost-cutting visible everywhere. Gave more of a lodge-like experience than a proper hotel. Very average stay.
