They give me one room and this entry of room from window due to Key is not working.So many time I m requests for chance the room but not response Order for dinner bill added extra money those i was not order and not refunded my extra money.I ask for bill .They not gave me because booking i was made .This is worst 1st experience in my business travels

Check-in took more time, due to hotel management Disagreeness with give the bookings of the discounted rate. They charged their minimum tariff for OYO and MMT bookings also, do not consider the OYO and MMT discounted rate.

Issue of Oyo on rate, they charged me extra per day.

Hotel service was got only find difficulties at the time of check-in, Oyo updated wrong price on website and hotel denied to check-in. After complaining they ask extra or shifting to other location. Due to price variations face issue.
