The place is horrible. I had booked stay with breakfast and had paid for that but didn't get any breakfast, want refund. Dirty bedsheets and linen. Behaviour of staff is bad. Pols take this place off make my trips, your ratings will go down with this place. I want a refund of the amount which i paid for breakfast. They never served any breakfast, asked me to get it from make my trip. If they don't have such provision, why does make my trip have this option and takes money from customers?

Poor Stay
The rooms were not clean, there were water leaks in the bathroom, the ceiling of the room was in very bad condition, and there was a group of boys who were very disturbing and loud and we couldn't sleep properly because of them.

Nice but need to improve
Pros: Location, reachability, spacious, easy check-in, value for money. Cons: No 24*7 food available, breakfast not good, no kettle/hair dryer etc. available, lift not working.

Stayed from 20 to 22 Feb, at Boondi, location good
familyAs we are 68 and 63 years old faced problem for lift. It was out of order.

Orchid heaven
groupRoom is very good with good interiors and washroom is spacious. Staff is very good, twenty-four hours hot water and wifi with good tea but there is no mineral water that’s the issue and lift is not working.

Terrible experience
Location of hotel is good. Washroom is too dirty and door also not closed, they provide resolution after so much longer time.

businessStay was ok neat and clean. Breakfast included but was not available to serve they were serving vada-pav.

Terrible Stay
It's a waste of money staff is reckless. Washroom was not well maintained and almirah was full of hotel stuff no space for keeping my luggage. Even the room is untidy. Won't recommended this hotel to anyone.

Not recommended for family
Inside and outside environment of the hotel was not suitable for family stay. Overall cleanness of the hotel and rooms was not good. Bathroom was not clean and damaged.

Rooms are clean and hassle free stay
Its really good experience here, very good hotel for service class people. Little requirements to train staff is necessary as they are little late in morning otherwise everything is fine. Owner of hotel are very co-operative with guest except a manager in night shift is little bit reluctant with guest.
