Lots and lots of cockroaches in the room

There was no hot water The toilet equipmemts were broken

Hotel is allover okay but no clearness and poor management and cockroach are there under bed . Need to improve alot

It was pathetic, they don’t even clean the rooms and the bed sheets were all dirty. There were cockroaches in the room. When i asked to change the room they simply said all the rooms are like that only.

Horrible Stay – Cockroach-Infested & Unhygienic Rooms I stayed at OYO Townhouse Somani TC on 30th July, and it was a terrible experience. My first room (319) was full of cockroaches and very unhygienic. I complained and was moved to room 309, which had the same issue. I was moved again to room 321, and even that room was dirty and had cockroaches. I had to change rooms three times, and all of them were equally bad. There is clearly no proper cleaning or pest control in this hotel. The staff didn’t offer any real solution, and the overall condition of the property is far below acceptable standards. I do not recommend this hotel at all. OYO must take strict action to fix these issues.

Service location and facilities are best warm welcome

Nice hotel, good staff, great location—but saw cockroaches in the room. Very disappointing. Pls improve this issue I am very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. I found cockroaches in the room, which is completely unacceptable and unsanitary. It made me extremely uncomfortable and ruined my experience. I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves the hygiene of the property immediately.

Property is very nice and clean and clear maintained. Room is specias and comfortable for stay, washroom is very clean and nice. Food is very testy. A memorable stay. Checking and checkout is very fast. Staff members are helping. Thank you.

Cleanliness was the major concern, there were small small cockroach all around, the bathroom was not maintained, the geyser water was extremely dirty

The water in the bathroom was smelling terribly bad and it was impossible to wash mouth and bath due to that bad smell. It was feeling that either some sewage water was mixed in it, or some animal was died in the water... There were cockroches too... It was terrible experience.

Hotel not provided atleast 1 water bottle. Travel kit like colgate, soap, hair oil not provided. In bathroom washer pipe was leakage. I requested and it repaired immediately. There was small many more cockroaches. Water heater not working properly. After 15 minutes heated half bucket water. Hotel can provide good facilities. Property location is good. AC, TV working properly. Bed is good quality. I had not ordered food. Don't know quality.

Pests are floating on the floor and on bed as well. Washrooms are not in well condition. Cockroaches are moving over me in midnight.

Townhouse Somani TC provides food service from 11 AM, hence I could not place order for morning tea. Location is besides NH, hence nice. It's Parking in underground, but this Parking area is very very dirty. I can't imagine, why property is not taking care of its underground parking area. I had booked 8+40+20 rooms through MMT, but initially property asked that they have booked offline, hence will not provide rooms booked online. This is the saddest part of the hotel. After a lot of requests, visiting property multiple times I could ensure rooms. Actually this was the responsibility of MMT to handle seriously with the property. I found lacking from MMT and also non-cooperation from OYO (property direct owner). Regards
