Terrible Stay
Pathetic rooms, pathetic food/breakfast. Not worth the money spent. Please don't recommend such hotels.

Poor Stay
You can find many cockroachs in rooms. smelling bedding. breakfast also below average. Only one benefit was very near to Pavillion mall. Will not go next time.

Room service
Stay was good . Room service was also good. Breakfast was also good in the hotel . Dinner was little expensive.but overall experience was very nice

Terrible Stay
Actually the hotel is nothing as shown in the pictures. Plus The request for room change was rejected. The room was stinking, the AC was leaking water and when complained the housekeeping suggested to switch off the AC. And to add on, the food was normal but unhygienic.

The rooms were not cleaned properly, with basic hygiene standards not maintained. No toiletries were provided, which was very inconvenient. The air conditioning did not cool the room at all and was extremely noisy, making it hard to sleep. Overall, a very disappointing stay.

Good Stay
It was good. Breakfast can be a lot better than what was served. The room can be cleaned more,some parts were dirty....also they should provide all basic toiletries. But overall experience was great 👍

Property sood be required renovation to old look washroom is ok ok not to mention Please look into this.

Terrible Stay
The TV in my room was not working, which was quite disappointing. The washroom was not up to standard in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. Overall, I felt that the facilities and services provided did not match the price charged.

Bed Lenin’s were no clean. Bathrooms were not clean and no toiletries provided. Worst is only one water bottle provided for entire stay as complimentary. Completely breakfast had only 2 items

Overall bad experience!
I travel a lot due to my business trip and I’ve never given a negative feedback to anyone, but this time I had a Very bad experience. Hotel staff was really arrogant and not helpful at all. Towel was like 100 people have used it and they have given it to me to use it again. Pillows are so so bad. To cut short, I don’t recommend this Propery to anyone.

Average Stay
Housekeeping and Service is not good. When I gave key in reception the night staff argue saying have not given the key.

Poor room services, staff was rude and untrained. Service staff unable to speak in hindi or english. Tea cattle was there without sugar and spoon. Tv remote waa not working Staff was unable to provide wifi password. Corridor stinks with cigarette smell
