Property owners were no less than goons, they didn't give us rooms till 3:30 pm even though check-in was at 12. They threatened us multiple times and we were really worried about our safety. We had to leave their premises before checkout time even we had paid for rooms. OYO customers service was no help either,

I had a wonderful stay with family at hill castle. The proprietor and staff were very helpful and accommodating. Not fancy but decent food and rooms.

staff behavior is not good. I have denied check in even I have paid full amount online. Issue got resolved after talking to Oyo. It took 1 hour to resolve the issue. Rooms are small and not cleaned.

Good room and interior is also very good. Washroom are much spacious and clean also.

The hotel is in prime locality at a 15 minutes walking distance from Baleawadi stadium. The breakfast, cleanliness, staff behavior was good.

The Hotel rooms are quite nicely designed to be as compact as possible while still essaying a sense of staying in a much larger place. To find this hotel you should take the turn right after DMart with the boarding that says "Oyo Hotel Seema Residency". The hotel is located at the end of that road on the left-hand side. The staff are very helpful and since it is a new hotel, rooms are uber clean. Highly suggested for all looking for a quick layover.
