Rooms not cleaned properly , stains at walls , bathroom logged up and not appropriate for students and women

The experience is not good. The washroom & bedsit is too dirty. Smell in room is unpleasant.

The room was dingy I highly recommend to delist from the mmt

Completely Misguided by the Images displayed , it's a Pathetic Place, with Disgusting Alleys and the Rooms were not clean, Bed sheets and pillow cover were not washed. It has stains all over the Blanket and the Washroom too are below minimum standards.

i have list of issue Floor & Room not so clean. AC not working effectively. Breakfast serving time is very late Towel & water bottle not provided.

The property is located at a prime location, however it is very difficult to reach there in rains, as water pools near the main gate. You get what you paid for. It’s a cheap room with cheap facilities. A very tiny room infact. Old pillows, dirty bed coverings welcome you in the room. They have an AC which actually made things better. The washroom was nice. Oh, and don’t forget the TV. You can’t complaint much actually, when you pay approx ₹1000 per night, this is expected. Also, there is a grocery shop and a medical shop right at the main entrance. And various major food chains nearby. Streets of Europe is 10 minutes away. Overall, it was an okay experience.

Kye issue faced in main door as additional lock given instead of induilt lock not having key and door lock due to which.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The staff is very firm that they will clean room on 2 days frequency. As a business travel we need to go early in morning and come in the night, we found that room is not cleaned. When we asked them about cleaning, their statement is clear they will not clean in night and yesterday only clean and today we will not clean. Their statement is this our policy to clean the room on two day basis. Towels and soap are not provided without asking. This is also their policy. Tv was not working. Staff is not accountable for customers inconvenience

It was good experience. Room is cleaned and staff is supportive.

Good to stay and the places i have to go were accessible from here, it was clean and staff was helpful.
