Not worth the money

The room was very untidy with cockroaches roaming around both the room and the bed. The bed itself was dirty and uncomfortable. Basic amenities were missing. Although a geyser was available, there was no hot water. On top of that, I was charged an additional ₹200 upon arrival, which was not mentioned earlier.

The name of the hotel was different and it was difficult to find it out. Restaurant service was very bad. The room was not very clean. The window was full of cigarettes and was not clean.

When i reached hotel they said there is no room available and they asked me to go to another hotel and it is 5 to 6km away and it was 11:00 at night extra cab charges and i room is not much good & and i have paid including breakfast and they denied
