Terrible Stay
Dirty filthy unhygienic . Zero maintenance. Room with bugs. Toilets without floor trap.

Not worth money. Not a Fab brand experience
Not sure if this is Fab hotel listing The place and hotel is not like how it looks in the pics. It seems like it is not a genuine Fab brand hotel. The location is very bad. There is no access road to the hotel. It's a mud road in very bad condition. One has to climb down a steep ramp to reach the hotel. There are no clear signboards. The Fab brand sign board is missing too. Rooms are not maintained. Property is not maintained. Complimentary breakfast is just 'Poha' that too of very bad quality. The dining area is also very sad. The place looks deserted and not maintained. Towels are unclean. It is more like a lodge.

Good Stay
It was a comfortable stay and rooms big and clean. The one with balcony added to the comfort . Proximity to shops and street good very convenient. Only drawback was the entrance to the hotel through a rough terrain

This is a Average hotel. Worth the money. Luxurious in name would say its premium. Nothing wrong but name luxurious suggest to expect more

I stayed here last night. I was looking for a comfortable bed as I am having back pain. And I must say that they have very comfortable beds and infact their washrooms ar every neat and clean. And food was also very good.

My review at a Fab associate property in Pune
The room was quite decent and house keeping was good. The restaurant was very nice with limited options. But the TV was not working inspite of the technician trying to solve the problem in the room.
