The food could be a bit better. The sandwich was not good. Coffee was too bitter . Check in was smooth. Nice and clean rooms and bathroom. The television channel's options could have been more. There was no disturbance, very easy and comfortable stay.

Hotel Supreme Heritage is located in a quaint society ...The Staff were very respectful n understanding... The checkin n check out was a breeze... The room was super clean n well maintained. Charging points were adequate in number .. the light were strategically placed to give a warm n welcoming feel to the room .. The washroom was modern design n creative .. The water pressure in shower was so good that every bath was enriching n freshening Although i had missed the opportunity to dine at the restaurant it was tastefully designed I surely wud recommend n stay at this place another time when in pune

Mu request was for a higher floor but the receptionist stated that it is not available.. The bed quality was poor as 2 single beda were combined together and there was a gap in between the beds also the beds were moving so dint like the stay.

food was fantastic -breakfas lunch dinner all good at resnable price . Bed was not good instead of queen bed given 2 matress, one matters is going hear and other is there so frustrating . receptionist behaviour was so casual during talking to you she was making gossips in phone instead of talking to you .

All good about location we got easily through the driver of private car, breakfast that was added complimentary alongside hotel room booked was buffet and covered vivid items enjoyed thoroughly by us. Service staff were very prompt and nice. All amenities were available.
