it's not hotel anymore. most pathetic place I stayed in life. it was bigg mistake to book

In this price range very bad hotel....rooms are very dirty, bathrooms tabs are not working....rooms are smelling

Well maintained property. Centre of city. Easy to move anywhere by Metro, citybus, Auto or taxi. Excellent food. Good service. Staff behavior good.

Review, Rutugandh Heritage is very nice place to stay. Food quality is Amazing. Good Room Service. There staff was very polite and Helpful. There will be some issue in TV, that's why we could not able to watch TV for 3 days stay. Room landline was also not working. But we are very happy to stay hear and will be visited again. Thanks

Property was in the centre of city and nearby bus stop and metro station so it was convenient to reach their also the staff was helpful which provided hassle free checkin just struggled to find parking for my bike though street parking was available but it was already full so that was a bit disappointing overall it was a good stay

Property at nice location; Property improve facility like towel; soap or shaving kit....not much variety of breakfast

the rooms smell really bad and the one which we book didn't show that it was non-AC but on arrival it was non-AC and the building which is shown in the picture is completely different or I would say it wasn't even the same

Average stay , not good rooms , not clean, parking issue , location good , service ok , beds , mirror in the rooms not clean

The rooms are not clean, the bed is having bed bugs. Normal service such as providing slippers, dental kits, these all things are also not there. the person sitting in reception is very rude.

The photos displaying are old photos. Even the boy showing standing in the counter is now become a man in his 50’s. Must be a loyal employee there. Rooms are pathetic. Furniture, mattress all are not in a good condition.

Not bad. But not comfortable for family. Because bar in front gate of hotel. Only for business trip travel
