On Check in . . . The we realised the central ac unit is making continuous noise . . . . They sent the concern person but he said sir this much noise comes . . . . But the noise was disturbing . . . Then no towels or napkins were there . . . On calling the reception the bell boy comes and says sir the laundry has not come . . . So plz adjust . . . . In morning breakfast at 10.00am . . . No fruits , no south indian items , no breads , no muffins were on counter . . . After asking they got it placed . . . . Over all not all worth a experience.

Service is not up to the mark. The plan was included with that dinner and they offered me a fixed Thali in a dinner and they said this is only the plan including service is also not good. The room condition is okay, okay

Tamanna Hotel is a nice hotel in Pune. The service there is very good and the food is also delicious.

not worth for money ..highly overpriced as per property ...room was not good ..not even garden facing as per booking remarks ...wardrobe was broken ...water cattle even not available .towel need to ask .

We have good experience and the sweet time. Environment is very comfortable. Hospitality is very good.

The room was good. But the sanitary fittings were in very bad state. Toilet roll was loosely hanging, the hand faucet was continuously leaking - had to operate from the wall mounted inlet valve and lastly the hand shower was not possible to be shut off to use just the shower. Clean room and good quality breakfast

Cockroaches in the room, leaking faucets, no basic amenities. Worst place to stay. Only reason i chose as it’s close to work place.

They have provided room in 7th floor, ceiling got water linkage marks and smell also very bad and mobile signal very bad and hotel internet also very slow.
