Housekeeping was not proper And also food service.

Staying at this hotel was a fantastic experience! the service was impeccable, the room was luxurious, and the amenities were top-notch. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Staff is good location is okay. Needs some maintenance. Be very careful while booking. I booked for 3 people. But the hotel received only bookings for 2 people. And this has happened with a lot of people. I read this on other people's reviews also. Now i don't know whether it's the mm t problem or of the hotel. Overall experience was good. Had booked for 2 days and needed only for night stays as whole day we were out. Yes but the staff is good. Mr sajjan and mr. Vishal. Overall experience is okay. For the price that i paid. Needs to pay some extra attention to maintenance and cleanliness

It's not for family people and untide, cocroaches i informed them to clean, but they just changed bedsheets, not even toothpaste is given. Bedsheet too were not properly washed. Quite opposite to my room loaft of untidy bedsheets are lying for all the 3 days i stayed. Full of dust in the balcony wardrobe.

Room service is not good there was a breakfast included in my stay but they did not make breakfast and cleanliness of room is not up to the mark.

Room was not clean. Phone was not working. Towel has red spots on it. There was an used condom on table. It was a horrible experience.

Ac was not working, and when I contacted their employees they say it is what it is. executive put me in Hold saying he is getting the hotel in conference call and after a long hold he disconnected the call. Poor from hotel and OYO both.

I booked for 2 adults and 2 kids, and got same confirmation of my bookings. But the hotel said that they got confirmation for 2 adults only. So had to pay ₹600 extra for my kids.

After booking the hotel through make my trip it was not confirmed by the hotel. It caused us a lot of trouble. And it was a big wrong experience.

The place & surrounding was good but the hotel is below average low budget can do better service staff was good

I was charged for breakfast and dinner but the property did not have any. If the property did not have these facilities they should have been removed

Good location if you're looking for a peaceful locality in undri area. Average room for the price. Small room but it did come with a balcony and a large washroom. Not the cleanest, but fine for the price. My only complaint was that the hotel made me pay extra at the location. The receptionist informed that they will not take bookings under rs 1200 per day, even when the makemytrip listing had shown rs 800-900. They refused to give me a room till i paid the remaining amount or got in touch with customer care.

Demands extra money before check-in

The bed mattress is in shmbles. I have stayed here before and their quality of bedding is deteriorating. They clean rooms reasonably. But, the quality of betsheet, pillow covers and bed linen is miserable.

Bed sheet& covers, pillows cover are smelling, even complete room is filled with unpleasant smell, even Towels given are also smelling. Complained about same but no action. Parking facility is very poor i have stuck-ed for one hour to take out my car since it is blocked from front and back. Food is not available at hotel, you have to order from outside or go out and no nearby restaurant to hotels almost you have to walk by 1 km. overall stay was not good at all.
