I tried calling make my trip also, the rooms looked fine but the staff was very welrd and scary. I was travel-ling alone and didn’t feel comfortable or safe. I checked out 1 hour after checking in. Makemytrip even promised to get back to me but no one did.

It was good, neat and clean. The care taker took care of all my needs. The wifi was fast and the breakfast was good

Initial experience was not good because their is no board and name of property. But after settle down in room it was good experience.

The place was really good and the care taker was polite. The only issue i faced was the amenities was not justified at that price point. Ac was very old and geyser was not working properly. But the food was good and was hygienic. Overal it was good experience. Just feel the price should be lower. Added

Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient

It wasn't as expected, they change the room on our request, the other room was also not good, we wanted to check out the place but they were only giving half refund, so we had to stay

Location, food cooked by the caretaker is excellent. Property location is close to business district and restaurants.

The property location is good, however not a well maintained property. The room was stinky. Not much facilities.

First impressions matter and this one made us walk away. While the location was good, the property was extremely bad. The first thing that hit us when we walked inside was the all pervading overwhelming stench of food. There were five people hanging around the shared dining -living area and piles of unwashed plates and cutlery littered in the kitchen. The dining table was untidy with remnants of lunch. Once we passed through this scene, we climbed a flight of stairs to reach a room which did nothing to impress. To top it off, they said that the next room was in the adjacent building. This arrangement would not do for us as we were a family of four including two children. Clearly they had not thought through the room allocation for us and we left disappointed and willing to let the money go waste as the property did not make us feel safe and comfortable. To be fair, after sometime mr. Balaji did call me and tried to make it up by offering rooms in the same building and even in another property 4-5 km away. We refused as this property made us uneasy and another property far away from where we needed to be did not make sense. It was money down the drain for us, and learning that words and photos can be very different from the real thing.

Good room for short stay. Host was very responsive. The room location wit-in the building was bit odd.

great😍rooms and good hospitality. i loved the experience and will visit soon. nearby locations are also amazing. felt like home. caretaker was amazing. doesn't feel like a Oyo room. it was our home for 3 days.
