Hotel Ros Common, Kasauli (old) (HPTDC )

Deluxe room with no windows. Damp. Furniture in a state of disrepair. TV didn't work. Sloppy staff at reception.

Amazing location for family trip

It was a good stay but The facilities like toiletries are to be added.

The staff was very courteous and helpful. Went out of their way to help. Food was good could have been better. But over all highly recommend this Hotel

No ventilation was there in the room. They didn't provide any toiletries (it was mentioned in the site but). Rooms are okay. But the location is great.

Check in formalities were ok but The passage leading to The room was dirty. The room had stale smell. The bathroom was old fashioned with very low water pressure. The room didn't have hot water kettle or tea accompaniments. Only consolation was that staff was courteous.

Location of the hotel is best, one can enjoy a beautiful view of the valley. Food is good and not costly. Hotel staff behavior is very good. Overall very good stay.

Value for money, not ultra luxury but decent enough. Driver accommodation is also there. Would recommend for a short holiday.

The rooms were large and clean, and reach room had an effective room heater. The washroom had supply of hot and cold running water and the bedding was clean and effective.

Location is the prime advantage of This hotel. The restaurant at this hotel is also very good and the staff very courteous. The property is but old so you will see that in the fixtures but well managed.

Location is excellent just 400m from market/church.. View is awesome, garden is beautiful.. Having breakfast in the garden during light winters is amazing... Food was good but a bit expensive.. Staff was courteous and helpful.. Room was large and gives a feel of british era.

Unfortunately I am a ardent client of hotes since a long. Ros comman is the worst property where I stayed. Room are horrible. No main range of rooms. Furniture old and not polished for decade. Garden and lawn not maintained. Property is full of filth. Rooms are not cleaned properly. Only solace is food which is expensive but tasty. Harish service boy behavior is excellent. In all a bad experience staying there. Will not recommend anyone to Stay in Tod Comman.
